• How long does delivery take?

We use Royal Mail and deliver first class. Orders are normally dispatched within two working days.

  • How much is delivery?

Orders are shipped first class and this is £1.95 for orders under £20. For orders over £20, delivery is free of charge.

  • Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we can deliver to any country but please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee the timescales for these deliveries.

  • Can I add extra items to my order?

If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will happily add extra items – just contact us on info@splatplanet.com. If the order has already been processed then this will incur an additional postage charge.

  • Can I put my Splat Shirt in the washing machine with other clothes?

Yes, you can just put the t-shirts in your normal washing! We recommend washing on a 40 degrees wash – full instructions are here.

  • Can I return my items?

Goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund providing they are returned in their packaging. Postage costs for the return of items cannot be refunded. Refunds are normally processed within 7-10 days of receiving the return.
